Punjab National Bank - Gitanjali - Audit Fraud a lesson in deed for health department

Punjab National Bank is one of the leading public sector bank in India. It was incorporated in the year 1894. Gitanjali - Diamond jewelry retailer brand from India. 

When I look in to the issue. It is a clear case of gross audit negligence which resulted in the thousands of crores fraud. 

Like Mr. Mallya Mr. Chowski left India before the bureaucracy entered the field to analyze the depth and magnitude of the fraud committed.

Banks are expected to follow the stringiest audit norms in the economy. They are trusted with the ones own money. What if suddenly bank declares that investors, account holders money is gone and they can not with draw the amount.


In Health department, it is managed by the doctors, administered by the doctors and it is for the doctors, by the doctors and to the doctors. The rule of others are very minimal. National Health Mission is one of the largest Health mission in the country. Public money is to be spent in the most transparent way. When amount is not spent in the transparent way and according guidelines culprits must be punished. 

In National Health Mission good accounting and auditing systems are followed. In the state level we will be having the State Project Manager is supported by the Chief finance officer and and accounting staff. At the district level the District Project Manager is supported by the District Accounts  Manager and at the block level Block Project Manager is supported by the Block Accounts Manager. Apart from this Concurrent Auditor from the state, Statutary auditors  CAG audit conducts the audit of the programs. In some district for filing different returns Chartered Accountants are being paid by the district units.

Still why I have the feeling if some day some one looks back at the finance data from the scratch from the beginning. It could unearth many corrupt officers turned doctors. Audit should be carried out as per the book of accounts and none to be exempted because it is public money.

ಅಬ್ಬೆತುಮಕೂರು ಯಾದಗಿರಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಯಾದಗಿರಿ ತಾಲೂಕಿನಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಗುರು ವಿಶ್ವಾರಾಧ್ಯರ ಮಠವಿದೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ವೀರಶೈವ ಆಚರಣೆಯಿದ್ದು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮತ ಧರ್ಮದವರಿಗೂ ಸೇವೆಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶವಿದೆ. 6.3.14 ರಂದು ಅಬ್ಬೆ ತುಮುಕೂರಿನ ಶ್ರೀ ವಿಶ್ವಾರಾಧ್ಯರ ಮಠದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾತ್ರೆ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ಜಾತ್ರೆಯ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ವಿಶ್ವ ಶ್ರೀ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ನಾಡಿನ ಖ್ಯಾತ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ ಹಿರಿಯ ಜೀವಕ್ಕೆ ಮನ್ನಣೆ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಜಾತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾದಗಿರಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಮ್ಯಾಜಿಸ್ಟ್ರೇಟ್ ರನ್ನೊಳಗೊಂಡು ವಿವಿಧ ಮಠಾದೀಶ್ವರರು, ಮಹಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ಸರಕಾರದ ಮಾಜ ಸಚಿವರಾದ ಮೈತ್ರಿಯವರನ್ನೊಳಗೊಂಡು, ಜನ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯರು ಭಕ್ತರಾಗಿ ಜಾತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಜಾತ್ರೆಯ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಆಕರ್ಷಣೆ ಎಂದರೆ ವೀರಶೈವ ಪಂಚ ಪೀಠಗಳಲ್ಲೊಂದಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮದ್ ಉಜ್ಜಯಿನಿ ಜಗದ್ಗುರುಗಳವರು. ಎಂದಿನಂತೆ ಶ್ರೀ ಗುರುಗಳ ಭಾಷಣ ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶುರುವಾಯಿತು. ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಗುರುಗಳು ಆಡು ಮುಟ್ಟದ ಗಿಡ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬಂತೆ ತಮ್ಮ ವಾಕ್ ಶಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಸಮಾಜದ ನಾನಾ ಮುಖಗಳ ಪರಿಚಯ ಮಾಡಿಸಿದರು. ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಮಗನಾಗಿ ಹುಟ್ಟಬಾರದು. ಮದುವೆ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಊಟಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊನೆಯವನಾಗಿ ಹೋಗಬಾರದು. ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊನೆಯದಾಗಿ ಭಾಷಣ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು. ನನಗೆ ಇಷ್ಟವಾದುದು ಗುರುಗಳು ಜೋಳದ ಬಗೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಜೋಳದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಲ್ಕು ವಿಧ: 1. ನುಸಿ ಜೋಳ: ನುಸಿಯ ಆಗೆ ಕೆಲ ಜನರು ನುಸುಳಿ ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನು ತಿಂದು ನಾಶ
