Why did you left your previous organization? That was a big company? This question is some what common in the hr interview field. This question is often asked to an employee –ex employee of a xyz company. These big company employees while working or resigning from the job attends interview in different organizations. Why these big company employees are job hoppers? Why these big company employees attends interview with other less known in terms of name, economic and human strength etc… What makes these big company employees to leave the big company?      It is just an attempt to give answer to above questions. Recently I went to attend an interview with a consultancy which not offered me job 2 years back mentioning the reason you don’t have enough experience and now this time they didn’t offered me the job because they can not offer me the salary package, over experienced. One of the blunder that we commit as a recruiter is looking up on the person attire, we come to a conclusion that he can not perform this job, he can not perform that job, he can not fit into this organization, and I can not share space with him in the organization. The reasons for hating the co worker in the organization are many. The reason could vary from ones education level to team cohesiveness to attitude to culture to religion and region. Who is employee?. Employee is a person who is employed . Employee is a person who is employed by an employer. Employee is a person who gives significance to word employer.  Employee is a person who takes salary/wage/remuneration. First thing to be noticed here is every employee is a job seeker. Once he was hired by some employer he becomes a employee. Why this employee is important? Employee is one of the rare components of any organization. Employee is rare because employee is different from other resources such as material, machine and money. Money, material and machines can not speak; they can not think independently; they can not interact without interference; but they can be designed, created and maintained, manipulated and destroyed by a resource called as human employee.
