            When a stock reaches the least of the circuit limit  it is better to stay off from purchase because it will go down.         Circuit limit is fixed by the stock exchanges to keep check on the volatility in the market. It helps to keep check on the greed of the brokerage firms,               Though it is my suggestion investors should follow their own methodology to check the profit the making investment.
