On 3rd May 2021,all news channels were at chamarajanagar. 24 Deaths due to lack of oxygen in district hospital. Who is responsible for these deaths? Why district administration and concerned departments didn't take action to have oxygen plant in the district? Honourable Prime Minister given sufficient funds and time to improve the required infrastructure to combat the covid pandemic. Infrastructures are one time investment.  IAS officers must focus upon controlling pandemic. Oxygen plants are essential, have it installed. Private and public participation is very much required during this our of crisis. All poor people first preference is Government public hospitals. We should develop our infrastructure, service providers from first aid to full scale medical aid. Don't let them die on your mistakes. All deaths have stories to tell. One lost father, one lost mother, one lost husband, one lost wife, one lost son, one lost daughter, one lost all many lost bread earner in the family
