But, with reference to the increased MBBS doctors vacancies increased referral cases and people opted CHCs and Above institutions for proper care.                    The Maternal Health section issued an order stating 24/7 PHCs where delivery load is less than 5, only one staff nurse will be allotted and less than 10 deliveries 2 staff nurses will be present and above 10 deliveries 3 staff nurses to give proper care to the people.                    This act refuses to accept the contractual staff as the human being. It had increased burden on the single staff nurse to look after the facility for 24/7  or round the clock. These staff nurses will have health related issues, no persona
