ಮುಂಬೆಳಕು

When X and Y are present in the office all keep quiet. They don't make noise, they don't shout. They behave like from some other country. Here the X is the accounts manager and Y is the program officer and I am Program Manager. When I say to put up the file, my assistant says wait for X or Y. One of the worst part is me and my assistant having the same name.

Mr. Malatesh is a  working in our office as a attender. He is in this organization for more than 10 years. He is good in share market. His education qualification is SSLC. People study in Multi national, historical, Subject oriented universities to learn diversities of the Bull and Bear run in the market. People often intrigue with the most advanced technologies to understand the share market. Books were written, blogs were created for spreading the knowledge. Most of this is in English!. I often look at Malatesh to question my self, what is education? does ranks and universities hats and certificates got after the business money makes the knowledgeable person? Because my self I am an Idiot. Who don't know how to get back the money given to the others. When he reads the BSe trends it is astonishing. He knows English enough to read  and I am not sure about English, pronunciation of the word is wrong but thinking strategically what makes him stand different and ahead of many d

ಕೊಡಗಿನ ಕಾವೇರಿ ಎಂದಿಗೆ ಮುಗಿಯುವುದು ಈ ಹೋರಾಟ.  ಪ್ರತಿ ಸಾರಿ ಮಳೆಗಾಲ ಬಂತೆಂದರೆ ಈ ವಿಷಯ ಚರ್ಚೆಗೆ ಬರುತ್ತೆ. ಒಬ್ಬರಿಗೆ ಕುಡಿಯಲು ಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬರಿಗೆ ಬೆಳೆ ಬೆಳೆಯಲು ಬೇಕು  ಹೆಚ್ಚಾದ ನೀರು ಸಮುದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಪೋಲಾದರು ಸರಿ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರಿಗೆ ಕುಡಿಯಲು ನೀರು ಇರಬಾರದು, ಔದ್ಯೋಗಿಕವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಗತಿ ಕಂಡಿರುವ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಿಂದ ಉದ್ಯಮಗಳು ಕಾಲ್ಕೀಳಬೇಕು ಎನ್ನುವ ಮನೋಭಾವನೆ ಇರಬೇಕು ? ಮೊದಲು ಕುಡಿಯಲು ನೀರು ಕೊಡಿ. ನ್ಯಾಯಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನ್ಯಾಯದ ಮೇಲೆ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಇದೆ ಆದರೆ ಅದು ತುಂಬ ತಡವಾಗಿ ಬರಬಾರದು ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ತುಂಬ ತಡವಾದರೆ ನೋಡಲು ನಾವಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲವಲ್ಲ! ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ಮಿಶ್ರಾ ಜಿ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಆಲೋಚಿಸಿ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಕೊಡ್ರಪ್ಪ ನಮ್ಮ ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ.  ಹಳ್ಳಿ ಜನರಿಗೆ ನೀರು ಇಲ್ಲ ಅಂದ್ರೆ  ಬದುಕೋದಾದ್ರು ಹೆಂಗೆ? ನಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಡಾಕ್ಟರುಗಳು ಇಲ್ಲ ಅಕಸ್ಮಾತ್ ಏನಾದ್ರೂ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಓದ್ರೆ ಸರಕಾರ ಆ ಪ್ರೋಗ್ರಾಂ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಈ ಪ್ರೋಗ್ರಾಂ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಅಂತ ಮಾಡಿ ತಾಲೂಕ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂರಿಸಿಬಿಟ್ಟಿದೆ. ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 6 ಮೀಟಿಂಗ್ 2 ಟ್ರೈನಿಂಗ್ ಆ ರಿಪೋರ್ಟ ಈ ರಿಪೋರ್ಟ ಅನುದಾನ ಖರ್ಚು ಮಾಡಿದ ಕಲರ್ ಜೆರಾಕ್ಸ್ ಓಚರ್ಸ ರೆಡಿ ಮಾಡ್ಬೇಕಲ್ಲ. ಡಾಕ್ಟ್ರೀ ಇಲ್ಲ ಸ್ಟ್ರೈಕ್ ಮಾಡ್ತಾರೆ ಮುಂಚೆ ವೇತನ ಜ್ಯಾಸ್ತಿ ಮಾಡ್ರಿ. ನಮ್ಮ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬ ಉತ್ತಮ ವಾಗ್ಮಿಯಾದ, ಜಾಣ ನ್ಯಾಯವಾದಿ ಇಲ್ವ?  ಬೇರೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ದಿಂದ ಬಂದ ಲಾಯರ್ ಎಷ್ಟು ನಮ್ಮವರಾಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಲು
