            Paternity leave is given to the male staff. It is given to the maximum of 2 live children with pay. It can be availed with in the 6 months of delivery of the child by the wife. It can be availed even during the adoption of the children. Expenditure:           Mother bears of the pain of the baby, but father bears the pain of the expenditure during and after the delivery. It gives the time free from the work to arrange money for the expenditure during the delivery.
