Corruption

Many a times employees don't ask for money, people give on their own and make the employee corrupt. If one person refuses to take money the corruption will not stop their. that amount will be taken out by the other.

People want recognition in the society. Society cares less for the one with the less amount of money. One with the more money spends the lavish life, at least will be happy sort. Society never respects you for your ideology unless you have enough money in the lot and lot and called as rich.

When you don't have money and you are from middle class you will become succumb to the situation and take the money. You will be prone to take money though you are not interested in it. These things arise when dear ones in the family are hospitalized and you don't have money. You don't have money to celebrate birth of your kin.You don't have money to buy the thing that your daughter, son asks. 

This practice is not new,  it exists from the man origin in one or the other form. Before you say no to money ensure you have enough balance in your bank account.
