How to devastate subordinate mind and make him quit the job.

The employee of the organization who is in the position of supervisor, manager hates individual employee in the organization. The reasons for hating the co worker in the organization are many. The reason could vary from ones education level to team cohesiveness to attitude to culture to religion and region.

Major difference arises due to

1.  Personnel differences
1a. Inside the organization.
1b. Outside the organization.
2.  differences due to others
2a.knowldge
2b.education
2c.skills
2d………………. you name it
3.  Employee getting name in no time
4.  Employee doing some thing out of border not limiting job description
5.  Employee talks with none unnecessarily, not joins for smoke breaks and week end parties for alcoholic drinks.

1.  Supervisors conduct the 1 on 1 with the subordinate’s times more than required and essential.
2.  In the meeting talk about subordinate character, family and name it...
3.  if out of trust or frustration subordinates tells something personal, once the meeting is over ensure the same is spread in the organization in no time.
4.  Identify the weakness of the subordinate. It becomes easy to stop him talk.
5.  If employee is overconfident first take necessary steps to kill his confidence level.
6.  Break subordinate links with rumor and real-time false statements
7.  make full use of the floor in which employee cubicle is present
8.  split up the partner
9.  give no more than basic access
10.    if new comer joins give him more opportunities
11.    If all senior team members come in night put the head up employee in day shift or morning or vice versa. So that interaction is less and learns low unless required.
12.    Laugh at the employee if HR people do not interfere unless the employee approaches them.
13.    If management talks about moving the employee, repeat he doesn’t know anything. Let me do or bring the change here only
14.    If says “NO” to some thing make one hell and spoil his mood for the week.
15.    Find out the friend circle on the floor and split them by moving other team to another floor, if your operation manager supports you.
16.    Make fun of his sitting posture.
17.    Along with your same minded supervisor and other employees group in front of employee cubicle and make noise. If he question give lecture about standard business conducts and if keeps mum with angry face increase more of what you are doing.
18.    Make use of all the filthy language you are aware.
19.    When employee send facebook request to an opposite gender employee. Spread rumor as love.
20.     If he submits his resignation letter
20a, tell we didn’t asked him to put down his paper, we are not responsible for it.
20b.convey message to HR not to retain the employee as he doesn’t have good culture, character, behavior and if the team not heeds to you tell them
20c.he is leaving the organization for more money.
21.     After resigning also if you want to make his life more complicated convey to payroll team that he had not completed his notice period. By this rather company paying his last month salary employee will be forced to pay back the company.
