Experience and over experience!
Recently I went
to attend an interview with a consultancy which not offered me job 2 years back
mentioning the reason you don’t have enough experience and now this time they
didn’t offered me the job because they can not offer me the salary package,
over experienced.
One of the
blunder that we commit as a recruiter is looking up on the person attire, we
come to a conclusion that he can not perform this job, he can not perform that
job, he can not fit into this organization, and I can not share space with him
in the organization.
Some times
irrespective of our ethics as an HR, we make fun of the person. We make fun of
the person through the jokes, acts of us, kinetic movements.
Why do we make
such things?

As a recruiter our job is tough,

As a recruiter we are time bound
·
As a recruiter we are number bound.
·
As a recruiter we are answerable to clients,
·
As a recruiter we have to laugh to relieve
ourselves from stress
·
We potentially see a competitor in him
·
We do not guess the person thinking level as we
are human too.
