Work place BULLYYING not TORTURE


Work place bullying.

Bullying exist in the company. Forms and ways of bullying are different .understanding nature and consequences of the bullying are very critical in nature. This is a core concern of worry for the organization like this. Existence of bullying it self raised questions regarding the workplace bureaucracy and the functioning of the senior management and the human resource department. Bullying if not taken care at the earlier stage only could become fatal or suicidal for the person targeted.

Bullying is a HR term used to specify the work place harassment. Harassment nature could be physical or mental. Physical harassment indicates the physical assault on the target or showing physical aggression on the other person. Harassment need not be in physical form. Bullying if not physical then it must and will be in the nature of the mental and psychological. In the psychological or mental assault offenders tries best to utilize the weak points and allergies of the person in target.

Psychology is vast syllabus to study. Learning is an continuous process. How other in the workforce attacks the person mentally or psychologically.
 
It might as simple as denying some one from doing some thing. It could be taunting. It could be a simple laugh / wildish laugh which take advantage of another person. Critics from team members, critics from SPOC’s and SME’s, critics from team leads, critics from supervisor, critics from training team, critics from other teams members, critics from manager. Passing comments from the immediate surrounding work force members.

Bullying is a very sensitive issue. Here person in target is neutralized and handicapped by one person or group of people.

 Person in target is not wish to be a puppet of the old order. Person in target is goes step ahead and utilizes the available opportunities and being noticed by key people in the organization, which is not being tolerated by the key people or group of people of the immediate surrounding.
