Tata Motors jump was like Dead cat Jumping.                Ugadi is the new year for some part of India. It is traditionally beginning of the new year. Moon is the important part of the celebration. It brings the joy and togetherness. New clothes, new things to home and happiness all over along with the traditional oil bath.                 Ugadi is always special for many reason. Best thing is new clothes. Government Health sector should move from primary care to the next level of treatment. So many doctors are working in the Government set up. Government is not paying less salary to them in today's scenario. There is some thing lacking i.e service motive among the doctor. There is something more greediness for money looking at the private practice. It is some times unknowing to hear that no doctor visited the lady after LTO, she complains of back pain. No bed side report sheets. Still long way to go after duty hours whole only one doctor takes care of the total hospital inward and emergency patients. They should be given food during the staying hours. Staff Nurse, doctor should keep visit on regular basis. It gives more confidence about the Government set up health facilities. Government policy makers the IAS people should  look at the way the funds being utilized. The policy makers should frame policies in such a way that benefit the larger section of the society.Not jump

       I was at the Venkatappa Art Gallery, Bangalore on Sunday, 04th November 2018. I went there to attend an state level meeting.       I came across the beautiful,elegant paintings drawn by elegant Sumedha Vaidya, creative consultant and BFA degree holder from Sir, JJ Institute of Applied Art Mumbai. Which I came to know after a while.             I started watching the paintings one by one. One thing was common between all these paintings i.e drummers ,dance and music. Paintings of drummers across North Indian states. Paintings depicting the real life characters nearest to the heart. All characters were drawn by viewing, studying, analyzing the rich traditional dress code, movements, expressions. Paintings were rich in color, rich in texture, rich in emotion, rich in naturality, abundant with one involvement.            I felt really good while interacting with the one of the finest artist.
