Government Health Sector should improve on a rapid scale

Government Health sector should move from primary care to the next level of treatment. So many doctors are working in the Government set up. Government is not paying less salary to them in today's scenario. There is some thing lacking i.e service motive among the doctor. There is something more greediness for money looking at the private practice.

It is some times unknowing to hear that no doctor visited the lady after LTO, she complains of back pain. No bed side report sheets. Still long way to go after duty hours whole only one doctor takes care of the total hospital inward and emergency patients. They should be given food during the staying hours. Staff Nurse, doctor should keep visit on regular basis. It gives more confidence about the Government set up health facilities.

Government policy makers the IAS people should  look at the way the funds being utilized. The policy makers should frame policies in such a way that benefit the larger section of the society.Not jump  into create profit for some groups of lobbyist.

In the world of digitization if any sector is lacking in utilizing the digitization with reference to work allotment, performance, report, leave, attendance etc... ie Government health sector.
