Don't let your subordinate know too much about your personal life. There will be a time when they start bullying you and start verbal abusing.

Driver don't speak personal things with him and don't be too generous with him. Drivers could change the attitude and form a group and harass you once you stop and bring in a change to your attitude.

When someone says be yourself and we will handle and manage the things with creating fear in you. Take time, say no, and do the best you can do.

Human resource, maintain registers soft copy or hard copy. Roaster register, pregnant register, mtp register, leave register. 

The report in writing. 

If you witness Official bullying, take up with the appropriate authority. If you don't do it. due to mental pressure and circumstances that will be created will lead you to commit suicide. Even the Government should bring stringent policies regarding bullying and verbal abusing in the office. and send the bully out of the system.
