KANNADA MEDIUM / REGIONAL LANGUAGE CERTIFICATE ATTESTED BY THE TALUK / BLOCK EDUCATION OFFICER.
RURAL CERTIFICATE ATTESTED BY THE TALUK / BLOCK EDUCATION OFFICER.
DOMICILE CERTIFICATE
HANDICAP CERTIFICATE FROM RECOGNIZED HOSPITAL
PDP CERTIFICATE OF PROJECT DISPLACEMENT
HYDERABAD KARNATAKA CERTIFICATE
IT's BEST PRACTICE TO GET THE DOCUMENT ATTESTED BY THE GAZETTED OFFICER OTHERWISE IN SOME PLACES SELF ATTESTATION WILL BE ACCEPTED.
