5 PAISA PROFIT IN INTRADAY AND THE POWER OF COMPOUNDING
I started day trading on 03/01/2017 exactly 3 months after my daughter was born. I don't know what happened to me, maybe it's greed to make money. As I don't have any source of money apart from salary. I wanted to make money. Make and earn money in a rightful manner.
I started day trading with initial stock purchase of NHPC stock. 1st time I bought 8 stocks. It was the amount of loss that I was able to tolerate as on that date. That day I totally made 3 intraday trades. All with the profit target of 1% return or 5 paise increase in the stock price.
What did I learn from the first day?
When you keep modifying the orders, you became the fresher in the queue and waiting time is more in this regard. Minimizing the modifications when there are a large number of sellers in one particular selling price queue and no buyer for that queue.
The second day I increased the stocks to 20 with the same concept of 5 paise increase in the stock price or 1% return. A total number of trades 4. 1st loss incurred and it was the last trade of the day. It took me two trades gain.
What did I learn from the second-day trade?
Playing after 2'o clock not right! Greed and tension spoil the party.
3rd day today I bought 15 shares at Rs.27.55, then bought 50 shares at 27.45 and sold at 27.55 today.
