I hate it when I struggle to find a specific word while writing an article. It is because of lack of vocaubalary. Good vocabulary is required for free flow of thoughts. To have a grip on words,one must read different books,novels,articles and nespapers. One must refer to a dictionary to  know and understand the meaning of the word. Every time I come across a new word, I refer to a dictionary for its meaning. The dictionary is a “blessing in disguise” to a person like me. Initial hatred help to collect meaning for new words.

Mr. Pullella Gopichand was born on 16 th November 1973, Nagandlam of Prakasham district, Andhra Pradesh, India. Experience and over experience! Recently I went to attend an interview with a consultancy which not offered me job 2 years back mentioning the reason you don’t have enough experience and now this time they didn’t offered me the job because they can not offer me the salary package, over experienced. One of the blunder that we commit as a recruiter is looking up on the person attire, we come to a conclusion that he can not perform this job, he can not perform that job, he can not fit into this organization, and I can not share space with him in the organization. Some times irrespective of our ethics as an HR, we make fun of the person. We make fun of the person through the jokes, acts of us, kinetic movements.
