I watched Dr. Puneeth Rajkumar starring movie "James" in 'Anupama Theatre, Majestic, Bangalore on 20.03.2022. The theatre was houseful. I sat and watched a movie sitting in row B and seat number 12. The cost of the ticket was Rs. 150.00.  Show time 4.30 PM.  This movie is near to my heart. Dr. Puneeth Rajkumar acting was excellent in every frame. It seems he gave his full-size acting. He acted like it was his last film. Dr. Shivaraj kumar gave his voice to his brother acting. Seeing Dr. Raghavendra Rajkumar, Raghavendra Rajkumar Dr. Puneeth Rajkumar in one film itself is a sort of miracle. Puneeth is famously called the Appu. Though he left us in a short span he will live forever in the world forever with his films. This movie James is quite interesting. The story plot is unique.   Today I was sitting in the office and working. I had a headache. I went to the institute dispensary and collected the pain killer tablet and the ointment. I checked my BP it was 150/90. The nurse looked worried. Informed the BP is a bit more. Reduce tension, reduce salt, have plenty of water, buttermilk. I went to take a tablet for my headache. The nurse suggested the headache is the result of right shoulder severe pain. She suggested for BP check-up. She was good in her diagnostic way and clinical practice. I asked shall I take the BP tablets, she replied ‘No’. Take suggested diet measures for one week. After one week let’s check for BP again, and then take a call. I came back to my cabin with the pain killer tablet and ointment for shoulder pain. I sat in the chair and started thinking about what caused my shoulder to pain so severely from the morning.
