           ಭಾರತ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ 15 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ನಂತರ ಲೋಕಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಡಳಿತ ರೂಡ ಪಕ್ಷದ ವಿರುದ್ದ " No Confidence motion '' ಗೆ ಕರೆಕೊಟ್ಟಿದೆ. No confidence motion ಗೆ ಲೋಕ ಸಭೆಯ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸದಸ್ಯ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣವನ್ನು ನೀಡದೇ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ  ಇರುವ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವಿರುದ್ದ ಅವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ನಿರ್ಣಯಕ್ಕೆ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಸಭಾಪತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮನವಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದು ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 50 ಜನ  ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಸಹಕಾರವಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಲೋಕ ಸಭಾ ಸಭಾಪತಿಗಳು ಮನವಿಯನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಸರಕಾರವು ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವವನ್ನು ಬಹುಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸ ಬೇಕು ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜಿನಾಮೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ 75 ನೇ ವಿಧಿಯು " The Council of Minister shall be collectively responsible to the house of people"  ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟೀಕರಣವನ್ನು ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ.             ಪ್ರಥಮ ಬಾರಿಗೆ 1963 ನೇ ಇಸವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ No confidence Motion ಗೆ ಕರೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದ್ದಿತು. ಇಲ್ಲಿಯವರೆಗೆ ಒಟ್ಟು 26 ಬಾರಿ ವಿರೋಧ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿವೆ. ಹಾಗೂ ದಿನಾಂಕ 20.07.2018 ರಂದು ನಡೆಯುವುದು 27 ನೇ ಯದಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಇಂದಿರಾಗಾಂಧಿಯವರ ಅಧಿಕಾರವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 15 ಬಾರಿ No confidence Motion ಗೆ ಕರೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. 1...

After 5 years of the government tenure election was held in Karnataka on 12th May 2018. 2016 ರಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಶ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಜರುಗಿದ 5 ವರ್ಷದೊಳಗಿನ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಸಾವಿನಲ್ಲಿ 8% ಸಾವುಗಳು ಅತಿಸಾರದಿಂದ ಸಂಭವಿಸಿವೆ. ಅತಿಸಾರ 5 ವರ್ಷದೊಳಗಿನ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಸಾವಿಗೆ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿದೆ. ಮುಂದುವರಿದು ನೋಡಿದರೆ  ಸರಳ ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯ ಲಭ್ಯತೆಯ ಹೊರತಾಗಿಯೂ 1300 ಎಳೆಯ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಪ್ರತಿ ದಿನ ಸಾವನ್ನಪ್ಪಿವೆ ಅಥವಾ 480000 ಮಕ್ಕಳು ವಾರ್ಷಿಕವಾಗಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಸಾವನ್ನಪ್ಪಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದರೆ ಆಶ್ಚರ್ಯವೇ ಸರಿ. 5ವರ್ಷದೊಳಗಿನ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಸಾವಿಗೆ ಹಲವಾರು ಕಾರಣಗಳಿವೆ. ಇವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ವೈಯವಾದ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕಾರಣಗಳೆಂದರೆ, :- ನ್ಯೂಮೋನಿಯಾ, :- ಜನ್ಮಜಾತ ವೈಪರೀತ್ಯಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಒಬ್ಬರಿಂದೊಬ್ಬರಿಗೆ ಹರಡದ ರೋಗಗಳು :-ಗಾಯಗಳು :-ಎಚ್.ಐ.ವಿ/ಏಡ್ಸ :-ಮಲೇರಿಯಾ :-ದಡಾರ :-ನಿಗದಿತ ಸಮಯಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಮುಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಜನಿಸುವುದು :-ನವಜಾತ ಶಿಶುವಿನಲ್ಲಿ ರಕ್ತ ನಂಜಾಗುವುದು  ಮತ್ತು ಇತರೆ ಕಾರಣಗಳು ಭಾರತ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಜರುಗುವ 5 ವರ್ಷದೊಳಗಿನ ಶಿಶು ಮರಣದಲ್ಲಿ 10% ಮರಣಗಳು ಅತಿಸಾರದಿಂದ ಸಂಭವಿಸುತ್ತವೆ. 1 ಲಕ್ಷದವರೆಗೆ 5 ವರ್ಷದೊಳಗಿನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ವಾರ್ಷಿಕವಾಗಿ ಸಾವನ್ನಪ್ಪುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಅತಿಸಾರವು ಬೇಸಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾನ್ಸೂನ್ ತಿಂಗಳುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೀರ್ವವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಅತಿಸಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಲಿಯಾಗುವ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಕೆಳವರ್ಗದ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೆಳ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಸಾಮಜಿಕ, ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸನ್ನಿವೇಶಗಳುಳ್ಳ ಕುಟುಂಬದವರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ...

One me fault is believe the person which I need to overcome in the coming days to play diplomatically with the people. No one will help other person for free unless they are some Sage. Every one wants to reap the benefits out of you either monetary or materialistic in nature. People comes to you first saying I am the solution to your problems.Creates the atmosphere in which you gradually shrink and start circling the person like no other option.While circling the other person/opportunist we often forget that we can actually do the work and get the job done better than than them. But, fear lowers the degree of capacity to do and think.
